Which bonus offer you choose isn't quite as simple as checking who is offering the most cash. There are a few factors to consider:
- Does the bookie cover the sport you want to bet on?
Some don't cover horse racing, for example.
- Are the odds competitive?
To get the most out of your betting bonuses, it's best to find competitive odds. You can compare odds for upcoming matches and races on our sports pages.
- What size of deposit is required?
Is this a double your money offer (such as a £10 free bet for £5 staked), or a 100% matched free bet? Some offers are 50% matches.
- How much is the free bet?
Is the offer worth the money? If the wagering requirement is high, it might not be good value for you.
- What are the rules?
Always check the terms and make sure you know how to follow the rules. If you don't, your bonus may be delayed or cancelled.
- Are there minimum odds?
Many bonuses require you to make your qualifying bet at minimum odds. Check out the guide to decimal odds.
- Is there a wagering requirement (WR)?
Some offers require you to bet 3 or 5 X the bonus before withdrawing any winnings.
- Is this a no lose offer?
Some sites will refund your money (as either cash or a free bet) if your first bet loses. However, if you win, there is no free bet.
If you are unsure about anything, take some time to read the guides and feel free to ask questions in the forum. Don't rush into any betting!
