The Big One

The highest profile race in the UK racing calendar, almost anyone you
speak to knows what the Grand National is! A race which anyone can have a
bet on, no strong opinion is required no 'inside info' needed, everyone
has the chance to pick the winner of one of the most famous races in
the world.

The huge odds of most horses in the field are extremely attractive to those having their annual punt!

Two horses to keep a close eye on, in my opinion, are Backstage and Oscar Time.

Backstage has (unfortunately value seekers) been tipped up by Tom Segal
in the Racing Post. However I had been very interested in this horse in
last year's race. He was jumping and travelling smoothly when brought
down.

Oscar Time finished second in the 2010 Irish Grand National, and could
well make his presence felt in the English equivalent a year later!

Just two runners to keep an eye on guys, would be excellent to hear everyone elses' thoughts on the big race.

I like the odds on these two, might be worth backing now to lay off before the race.
